Exercise with your baby to get back into shape

Babalates is a unique post-natal workout that combines Pilates and baby gym to give both mom and baby a full body workout. We have designed exercises that use your growing baby as a weight and an anchor for your class, creating an experience which is both challenging and fun for mom and baby!

Not only does mom regain her pre-baby body and strength, we target potential problem areas after birth such as abdominal and back strength, pelvic floor control and upper body strength. Baby will also benefit from exercises which aid in increasing core stability and back strength as well as stimulating the vestibular system and learning to 'cross the line', a crucial step in baby's development.

Babalates is safe for both mom and baby from 3 months (but please check with your gynaecologist first).

Group classes will run on a Tuesday and Friday from 10h00 to 11h00. A single class is R140 or R700 for the month. Booking is essential as space is limited to 5 per class.
