Pilates helps enhance your rehabilitation program

Pilates is excellent to rehab back, hip, knee and shoulder injuries. We work carefully to encourage the deep stabilizing muscles to activate and realign the correct balance of muscle strength.

Where appropriate we work closely with physio/chiro input.
