What is Vinyasa Flow yoga?
Vinyassa is a Hatha based yoga with a strong relation to Ashtanga yoga.  It incorporates movement with deep breathing.  Vinyassa is great for muscle toning, stress relief and controlling weight. It is also good for general health and well being on a mind and physical level. The result is a smooth, flowing class that becomes almost dance-like.

Yoga is extremely effective in:
·      Increasing Flexibility
·      Increasing lubrication of the joints, ligaments and tendons
·      Massaging of ALL Organs of the Body
·      Complete Detoxification
·      Excellent toning of the muscles
·      Mental Calmness
·      Stress Reduction
·      Better Breathing

“I truly believe that how we treat others will determine our own reality. We are all part of our divine maker, who ever that might be for you, and when we accept that connection, we begin our journey towards enlightenment. My lifes moto is live, love, laugh, you can’t have one without the other.  That is what I have discovered through my life.  If you are prepared, profound experiences will occur deep within your being.  I am very inspired by Jivamukti Yoga and practise the compassionate lifestyle that emphasizes ethical vegetarianism and animal rights.  I practice various types of yoga including Jivamukti, Vinyassa Flow, Forrest and Yin Yoga.
Each class I teach combines the spiritual aspects of yoga, alignment and breath techniques for calming and balancing the mind and of course, humour.” - Vera
